Recovered my account, but flagged as "Likely Spammer"

I lost my account last night, but recovered it by the morning. Unfortunately, Discord flagged me as a “Likely Spammer” and they'll try to permanently ban me if the behavior continues. How am I going to get rid of that flag while trying to rebuild my reputation?
