I'm now on day 53 of hearing NOTHING back from support. I made a new support account under a different email and get a response in less than 10 minutes. But they will not help me as the email is not the same one associated with the account in question. If I open up a billing support ticket because I'm still being charged by discord for nitro I get a response asking about only the purchase. When I deviate and try to get answers I then get ignored. Why is this such a difficult issue to solve.

Just be patient and do NOT open too many tickets or reply too much, because that will just push you back and make it take longer. I got my account back after 11 days.

I'm now at day 73. Still no response.
