Discord Trust & Safety has been ignoring my appeals, for a false ban..
It's been 2 months since my account got FALSELY suspended for being quote-unquote “underage”. I already sent the appealing ticket and I'd like to think that a bot scanned that image because it CLEARLY STATES that I am NOT underage.
It's been a month and a half since I've heard of them. They obviously made a mistake and I politely asked if they could review the image. I've also been patient in this whole situation, but I feel like Trust & Safety just wants to ignore me.
I have no other idea on how to contact them. It seems like everything and everyway I try to contact them will just end up in another ghosting, so unfortunately I have to rant in the forums. The only thing I want from them is to make sure someone reads my appeal and gets to reinstate my account.
I hope this can reach someone who is actually helpful to this situation.

As for other people who were in the same situation, do you have any advice or someone I could talk to if no one shows up?

Same here, got falsely banned for the same reason. I mistyped my age by accident and then quickly edited it after I realized because someone pointed it out to me in a server. Made a support ticket the day I got banned, still no reply, no email, and not even an automated message from a bot. Last it said was that there was activity on the ticket, which I assume was only opened, but nothing else. Think I might've gotten mass reported? :-(

yeah, discord has a problem with their moderation. I have a good friend who also got their account banned, and discord support didn’t do anything about it after he appealed. discord definitely needs better moderation for the platform, it’s getting annoying.

third time - Sep 2th 2024
I've been banned three times for that. (I'm 24 yrs old)

And request still no response.
If you send a letter to a processing department other than Trust and Safety Team
They will only ask you to show your complaint to the Trust and Safety Team.1
