Support @ discord is not answering.

My discord account has been blocked 3 days ago, due to false accusation on being under-age.

I immediately sent back all required documents. The status of my ticket is still “open”. It is really sad, that support while being so quick in blocking the account on accusation is so slow in unblocking after providing the evidence that I am over 16. 

Looks like Discord is ignoring the customers and saving on the support. I need this account for some reasons. Maybe Discord assumes that their application is meaningless and it does not matter, if a user has an access or not. I feel ignored and offended.

    Well, first of all, they won't answer you, all the support is filled with bots, so now it's not known what's going on, there are a LOT of erroneous locks and problems with them are not being solved

    Secondly, we can only wait… Waiting for moment when discord will not be lazy

    Same, going on day 7 being banned for age verification. Ive had this account for years. Have not done or said anything that would imply I am under age. I have two (2) notifications for it as if they hit me twice in a row. This leads me to believe some group mass reported my profile.

    I sent the required info within 6 hrs of getting banned (all in one photo).

     I'm sure they have a lot of these but, I pay for nitro on said profile along with server boosts.
