what is going on with discord support and why is my ticket solved when no one replied to me. (account disabled)

so my account was banned 9 days ago for "child safety" when I didn't break any rules and I appealed to discord support twice. 

9 days ago I contacted for the first time through discord tickets and twice from the mobile app. This first ticket shows that it is solved although they didn't reply to me except for an automatic reply after 8 days from the mobile app ticket where I didn't have enough space to write all the arguments against my account suspension. 

I wrote to discord support again today but after two hours it is again solved when NOTHING is solved.

Should I keep waiting for someone to reply or does discord just not give a damn about me? 

I didn't do anything wrong that violates discord rules, I read discord's official articles about their rules a dozen times and i didnt do anything wrong. 

At first I was very sad when I lost access to all conversations with my old and current friends and when I rebuilt a new account I was suspended for "avoiding bans".

I can't use discord anymore for something I didn't do from different accounts because they detect me by IP and ban me again.

    this is a terrible situation and I am sorry. Discord support has been neglecting and ignoring all of us and in the past week it went from very slow support to almost nothing at all. some people can’t learn that making multiple tickets will mark them as spam. but if one ticket is marked as resolved, open another one with the original ticket  number and tell them to re open it. contiune the good fight. Also make a post on Reddit cause that also grabs their attention

    Yeah because of a data breach all of us suffer. I have nothing anymore. Everything linked to my discord is banned. My discord, my twitch, my twitter. PLEASE HELP YOUR PEOPLE DISCORD AND FIX YOUR SHIT

    it's pointless, they've "disabled" support in the discord, because there are mostly bots sitting there that write the same thing, and sometimes the system automatically closes the ticket (idk why)

    As for this situation, my account is blocked for the same reason, support does not respond, only bots respond and do not help in any way, I am accused of with i dont doing, I sent memes to the server with my friends and we have fun until I was blocked, this is so stupid

    And I'm so tired of it all, ngl
