Permanently Suspended account, ticket open

Hi there guys. 

 

I have a bit of an issue. I made a joke stating I was underage or something along those lines (I've been flamed for this already enough times please don't again,, It was not smart I know.) . I then got my account disabled on the 7th of September. I did what was asked by sending an ID and such and I sent that off right away. My acount has been permanent suspended but my ticket still shows as open. So here I'm not quite sure what that means or what to do. I've also reached out to Discord Support on Twitter and it hasn't been very helpful. I also reached out via email to Discord Support and was simply told to resubmit another request but I fear I'll be flagged as spam and won't be helped at all.

 

Like a lot of people I've had that account for over 7 years now, have nitro on it and just have been left in the dark. I've been trying to be understanding to the fact they do recieved large amounts of volumes relating to this issue (as I can also see by the number of posts in this section..)

 

Has anyone else also had their account permanently suspended but ticket is still open? What do I do in this situation? Is my account fully suspended or is it possible they're still looking into it?

    Yea im in the exact same situation, its been a week for me and its suspended. I've seen that some ppl have got unbanned with one ticket within 5-10 days and I think thats because they sent only one appeal. I sent much more so I think thats why im waiting more or its gone into spam. Ig we have to be patient. Do lmk tho if you get ur account back tho

    Hey there Timenzing, 

    Don't worry, I understand your situation. It can be frustrating when your account gets suspended. Just stay calm and give their support a couple of weeks to review your case. They'll get to it eventually.

    Remember, they're probably dealing with a lot of tickets, so patience is key. I'm sure they'll do their best to resolve your issue.

    If your ticket gets marked as "solved" without any help, send a follow-up message in that ticket. This will reopen it and get a human to review your case, also your account will not be deleted as long as there's an open ticket associated with it. So, keep that in mind.

    I've been in a similar situation before where I got banned for joking about my age. It took me about 10 days to get my account back. I know it can be stressful, but just stay patient. I'm sure you'll get your account back soon. <3

    I too am in this boat. Someone asked my age & i jokingly responded “im 12”. I understand discord has a high volume of tickets just by looking at the #s, I just dont want to lose my account.

    I'll update one last time here. I got my account back! Thanks everyone :) and good luck Sunsetyt2020. It was a total waiting period of 10 days so we are good now
