Token logged, falsebanned, and all tickets getting automatically marked as "solved"
Title, another thing I should mention is there are many things on the side of the tickets where it says solved, stuff like read tos or read these instructions. I never once had the ability to tick those boxes while sending out a report.
It seems like this isn't an uncommon issue on here either.
If anyone is reading who can help, here's what happened!
-I clicked on a link by mistake, and I later confirmed with who posted it that it was a token logging link.
-At around 4:30 on Monday, I was logged out of my Discord. I sent out a ticket to support, as well as quickly reset my password to attempt to get my account back.
-Luckily, my email wasn't changed. After I had reset the password, I was logged out once more, but now with the email that I was banned for spamming.
-I sent out a ticket for an appeal of the false ban, outlining everything, and went to bed.
-By the morning, I woke up to the ticket being marked as “solved.” I attempted to reply to the ticket, but it was just marked as solved again a few minutes later.
-I sent out another ticket, and waited a day. same thing. Each time mentioning the solved problem, and including more and more information.
Nothing's changed, and I am now relying on making noise on social media to get a real person to talk to me about this issue.

if you wanna make noise, go to reddit and twitter… discord ignores us and runs away from responsibility and dodges anything that will get them in trouble. they are neglecting the user base and is starting to prove that we need a new platform that will help us and make the site SAFE.
