    Yea same problema here. I  got banned three days ago andi recibed no response other than the bots. Ive been doing something research and I found oír discord actually doesnt have any employees for support IS just people that do It voluntarily. So that IS why IS like that. Can you tell us where IS your friend form and what did he exactly do?

    What description did your friend peovode maybe they have a bit or something I really think discords Office IS empty and no one works for discord anymore they just have bots

    Got banned yesterday for “Violation of TOS”. What did I do? I will never know since I wasn't informed. They say spam, I literally only talked to two people, both irl friends, discussing about going to the gym. I go take a nap, I wake up with my account disabled. I try to talk to them, on twitter they say that's not their problem, they are only for the social aspect, on here I get no answer, not even a robot, at least. I am surprised someone didnt threaten them with lawsuits. Imagine paying a 1 year subscription to nitro, then get banned the following day. You lost money

    Почти тоже самое но хуже в разы, забанили в начале июля этого года и вот борюсь за учётку, кидаю заявку раз 9-ый и мне пришло 12-го сентября что акк разблокан но с этим сообщением пришло в эту же секунду ещё одно и оно говорило что мой акк заблокан по той же самой причине

    The official support is truly useless. They arbitrarily ban people's accounts and then tell them to submit an appeal. However, after the appeal, they either don’t reply or use automated messages and then completely ignore the victim. I have decided to pursue legal action for relief. I cannot accept this level of customer service efficiency.

    Yea I have a lawyer ans we as a company are doung a lawsuit but it wont let me send my email here

    And aldo be aware it has to be kicked cause after 30 days since your account got disabled it will be erased permanently and you will loose it forever

    once an account is disabled it has two years before its completely deleted even for perm banned accounts.

    if you seek an alternate platform for voice chat and text, go to revolt, it works the same and a lot better in terms of End to end, safety and privacy and they actually help with customer support.


    discord took about two months just to respond and when it came to them helping it took extra weeks and they didint even go through with my problem!
