My account was falsely suspended, and Discord support isn't reading my ticket.

What am I supposed to do? It has been 3 days with no reply. I’m developing a game and have a server with 1600 people. Am I going to lose them all? I spent days setting up everything, not to mention I had a lot of connections with other developers. I’ve lost it all. I didn’t do anything to break Discord’s TOS. I want to speak with a real person to explain my situation…

    theres alot of people in that same boat brother. discord support hasent gotten around to any of us and you wont be hearing from any real people from them. some of us have outstanding tickets going from weeks to months. mine personally, i am getting on month 2 now.

    So, they have money to buy a broken AI to ban people, but not enough to invest in customer support.And the worst thing is, I bought a 1-year Nitro subscription a few months ago

    Yeah, it isn’t, they definitely don’t deserve it. I hope someday another company will surpass Discord, They don't care about their customers at all..

    Yeah, I heard about Revolt, but since no one is going to use it, it’s probably useless in my case.

    revolt has about 100k members, it’ll ramp up once they release their IOS app soon! revolt is reliable and it does a lot of stuff discord does, and does everything nitro can for free. I’d say go for it and try to convince your friends to use it

    I'll need to convince a lot of people, and let's be honest, most will refuse to use it regardless of the benefits. I'll wait until it becomes more popular. Also, I'm not sure if it's compatible with Patreon and SubscribeStar.

    That is awful. They really need to invest in actual customer support, or they'll lose more people. I actually made another comment, but it was obviously too offensive for Discord. In other words, free speech is not allowed.

    discord has the tendency to silence people when it gets out of their control on Reddit. And their customer support is awful and has already caused them to have people walk away from the platform, plus all the other people that got banned and can’t get back

    If I were a regular user, I wouldn't stay on Discord for even a second after this, but as a developer, I have no choice, and Discord knows this, so they can keep me waiting as they please.
