Account Disabled Due to falsely being reported “underaged”

Hey guys! My account has been disabled for like 15 days now 😭😭. I’ve sent discord my government issued ID, My face, and my username all in one photo. I got a response from “Discord Trust & Safety” it was literally just explaining the same thing about their age requirements etc. It also stated “If you're unable to fulfill our requirements, then this is a permanent action and we will not reinstate the account.” I tried to add a comment back to the bot providing more information and showed another picture of my ID, face, and username to prove that I am 18. But, the bot just closed my ticket again.. I opened/made a new ticket with the same information AGAIN, my ID, my face, + my username all in one photo. I provided information again in the description. My ticket is still marked as “opened” its been 5 days. So now, I added another comment to the ticket saying my issue is still not resolved so discord doesn’t mark it as solved again without actually solving it. So now i’m just waiting again. 😅 I seriously can’t lose this account, i’ve made so many friends & a server. If anyone knows why this is happening please let me know! :)

    There are a lot of problems with discord support, and now bots are also active and carrying some nonsense

    There are two options:
    1) Wait and write
    2) Create a new account

    No matter how sad it is, this is unfortunately a fact and it is strange that discord doesn't care about it.
    This is a problem they don't solve :(

    ZenitGD , when you say wait and write do you mean i should just patiently wait for their response after submitting my ticket?

    Wait for an answer and if something is wrong, write again (after day or half-day)

    Ohh alright thank you! Because I’ve also heard that writing/commenting again can push ur ticket all the way to the back of the queue. So i’m trying to avoid that if that is true

    I had the same problem , I got falsely reported for underage too. I sent them my selfie with ID photo and username but i havent gotten any response. Also where did u send them ur info, cuz ur talking abt some bot but i sent them on support.discord website

    ezryn if u keep commenting on the ticket itself, it gets delayed. I'm on day 10 and I sent multiple tickets WITHOUT evidence before, those tickets got closed. One ticket has my evidence and that's open and it got checked yesterday. Many ppl have got their accs back on day 10 so I hope I get my acc back soon and I will keep this updated if I do get it back.

    Abhinav22dave , my ticket was assigned to “discord trust & safety” im not sure if thay was actually a human or not. And I submitted my ticket on this website/the link discord gave me.

    Quick update: I submitted my ticket under “Appeal an action taken on my account” because thats what the discord trust & safety told me to do. But now im not sure if that was correct, so i might have to make a new ticket under the correct category..

    UPDATE: I GOT MY ACCOUNT BACK!!!!
