Phone attached to disabled account

Hey there, so a few months ago when joining a server instead of logging in it had me make a new account instead of logging me into my actual account. The account never got fully made and so now my number is attached to a disabled account and I can't recover it. I put in a support ticked and got one response and it was never resolved. What do I do?
