Did I get hacked?

So earlier today I was on discord but was on another tab watching YouTube and about a couple minutes later I went back to the tab and it said to "Choose my account" and to "Please log in again". I panicked and got into my account thankfully and immediately went to check in devices to see if anything suspicious happened and found nothing. About two hours later the same thing happened and panicked again but nothing unusual was found again. Was it a bug and I'm overthinking it or did I get hacked?

    Someone posted the same thing on Reddit and here’s what I say; change your password, put 2FA on and keep an eye on your devices setting. It seems to be happening alot recently

    knowing discord, probebly just a bug. like i said, change your password

    Yeah i did as a precaution and i saw the exact post u were talking about apparently it's only on PC and not mobile so prob just a bug.
