    Hey!

Indeed. I have saw such problems in several servers, logging that would be a great idea.

I remember being able to see who moved who in the audit log a few months back but I don't see it anymore.

That would be great, we need so much more audit logs features

It's annoying when your talking in a VC and you get dragged out randomly and you can't tell who's doing it

I like this idea, would definitely make things clearer in some situations. The way we've been keeping track of this sort of thing is having a staff only channel called #mod_logs where our staff log their mod actions and allows a bit of discussion about certain decisions if needed.

What do you mean by warn? Just recording it or a pop-up for the user?

I'm not sure what you mean here specifically. I think this has more to do with server management than the API.

Recording in "audit log", for exemple: Delete any message from another member of Guild, now go to Server Settings and Audit Log you can see the name of who deleted the message, but if you move any member, that log is not register, something like "Member_X moved Member_Y from Channel_X to Channel_Y" not a pup.

I just want to be able to figure why why channels keep being rearranged within their categories. None of our mods are doing it on purpose, and it's driving some of the mods and users nuts.

Does it not show them receiving a role at all? If so that should be fixed. Otherwise, as you said a bot should be suitable. Most communities don’t rely on the audit log since it has a limited length of history. Unlike the audit log a bot can have theoretically infinite history and can be used in external programs.

How is this 5 months old and still nothing happened, the logs from a server are really important to prevent abusement of the rights, how can something like this still not be implemented!

5 months and there's still no update.
Is this kind of feature too difficult to make for Discord Team? LMAO

I think we should just start blowing up their twitter. Lets keep tweeting @discordappasking for it. They will listen eventually

We should blow up their Twitter to be honest cause then they'll notice and take action

You have bots which can do a lot of the features you're mentioning.

    ^
Then tell us the name of the bot.
As long as it's free, I'll be happy to use it.

Doğrudur. Discord'da bu desteklenmiyor. Ancak API'yı kullanarak bunu yapabilirsin.

As an administrator of a large server, this is my main wish from discord.

There are so many reasons we need a more developed audit log.

Mainly the ability to see the actions of moving chats, channels and people around the server.

Without this, I have an issue where one of my administrators is moving chats, I have no way of checking who it is and I'm having to resort to thinking about removing entire administrator team.

This is a feature we really need, and I would be so grateful if it was implemented.

I'm actually beginning to believe that the reason we haven't heard anything back from Discord on this issue is because *people *aren't moving channels around, and there's a bug in Discord itself doing it. I trust my mod team - none of them are doing it on purpose. And I've seen with my own eyes channels displaying in a different order on mobile vs computer, logged in to the same account.

@karmicRetribution - It's not a bug, it's your admin team. I had the same issue which resulted in us having a bit of a disagreement about it, we mutually agreed that we all stop using the move channel feature and it's since stopped. Sadly I still don't know who it was, but at least it's resolved for now.

    Why not?

I would like to see the ability to check who moved a member between voice channels. It is a feature that would help with servers with large moderation teams. It is impossible currently to determine who is abusing permissions to spam move users around channels. It is not a reasonable solutionto just remove the permission from a whole role when only one unknown person is abusing it.

Quite similar to my request.  I've upvoted your message.  If you also upvote mine we mighht get more luck getting this actioned.

Someone was abuse moving on my server so all I could do was remove Move Permissions from EVERYONE.

It's absolutely ridiculous that TeamSpeak 3 clearly tells you who was responsible for moving who, but in Discord moving ANOTHER user counts as that user moving him/herself.

What do you mean? Moving channels position wise? Moving members from one voice chat to another?
