Nested Categories
Please add a function where you can add categories in categories so one could organize their server somewhat like so:

↓ Music
# chat one
# chat two
↓ Gaming
↓ Minecraft
# screenshots
# chat
↓ CS:GO
# screenshots
🔊 voice chat
I recently thought of an option for a very wide-purposed discord server, with a whole lot of channels. Since they are so hard to navigate without Nested Categories, one option would be to make a #contents channel right at the top of your server, where you can make a pretty markdown message with channel mentions so people can easily get to them. until nested categories are a thing, this is one solution (not a good one but it's better than nothing).

Yes, please! As an admin in multiple high-traffic, information-rich channels I need this pretty much every day. You gave us channel folders: Can we please have nested categories?

ACM at UCLA would definitely appreciate this. Our student org has over 1300 members in the server with 20+ categories, each with a bunch of channels under them. It can feel overwhelming to say the least to new students and especially those new to the platform. I also know many other student orgs who rely on Discord would appreciate this as well.

I don't have anything new to add; all I would like, as the Admin of multiple discords, is to continue the history of supportive comments here, and say - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO THIS!!! Thanks Discord team!

My server is a mix of a discussion server and a roleplay server for a particular fandom, so being able to categorize the different categories into their own sections would help make life so, so much easier as well as more accessible to new members.

How is this STILL not a feature? please for the love of god, make this a realitiy.
As an admin of a server which has multiple games and mini communities, there are over 100 channels that need to be sorted and nested catergories will make this soooooooo much eaiser to manage.

Out of all the updates done, this feature is the most we need. Please please Discord Admins/Team, do something about this. We are a gaming community and have multiple gaming channels that would fit so well and organized if there were Sub-Categories like Open Post showed:

It baffles me to see that this has been requested for years and Discord still has not implemented it. It makes me wonder if they've even seen it. This is such a logical update. We NEEEEEEEEEEEEED it!

The only way Discord will do this is if another platform starts yoinking their users for it.
Groups in a certain rival platform basically works as nested categories.

Yes, please. This feature would be a god-send for my server.
But I'm concerned that this suggestion was submitted some 3 years ago, and no movement from the Discord team so far means that it's unlikely to happen? What a shame! Such a useful feature. As others have said why is this not a thing already?

This would be a massive assistance to a large majority of the discord community! A feature that would not only help organise a discord with an order, professionalism and simple ease of all involved (members and admins alike).
