Add moderator notes for individual users
In the same way that you can add your own notes for users, I'd love to be able to add moderator notes for each user that are visible to all moderators. So as a moderator, I could click on a user's profile and see that another moderator made a note about an incident the person was involved in, and can add to those notes if I want to.
(Ideally, we'd have an in-built centralised system to keep track of mod notes/actions for users, one that would link in with notes like that).

That can be done via bots btw. There's a bunch of bots which you could keep a note for a specific user.

Such as? I've been on the hunt for a bot that could do this. The only ones I've found are Pokemon Trainer Friend Code bots.

bumping some life back into this- I came to submit the same idea.
sure, there's a personal notes section, but like on twitch, after clicking on a user, have a notes/comment spot all server modes can see and add to. extremely helpful if a person caused problems when the other mods weren't around.0
