Multiple account? Mishap

I became a patron to a particular creator and was able to join their discord server as a reward. As i clicked to join the server it was added to an unclaimed account on browser rather than the app I have in my laptop.
Would there be anyway to add the sever to my app account or merge in a way? Any help is appreciated.
