View Ban List permission

For those server owners who want to let supports/mods see the ban list but don't want to actually give them ban access, this feature is for you! (Not sounding like a discord hype update video at all...) it would be great if there was a permission calling "ban list" that you can give to people who you don't want actually having ban perms. The ban list will only allow you to see how many users have been banned in the server and the reason they were banned. The ban permission will still give access to ban list, though a separate permission will come in handy.
