Enable/Disable Permission to display streaming status in Roles

I feel like having a feature that allows you to toggle the display of the 'streaming' status on Twitch in that current Discord server.

I.e Setting it so a specific role cannot show that they are streaming.

Due to the fact that a lot of Discord servers are for streamers, so they try and build up a community, and have a lot of members streaming which takes the spotlight off of their community and focuses it on someone elses. Adding this as a role specific setting would allow people to configure this and allow specific people to display whether they are streaming or not.

  Additionally, I'd like to display streamers separately from online members so on a regular gaming server I can move the streamers on top of the member list to promote them.

  This would be a great thing to have, my reasoning is some servers don't allow for the streaming thingy, while others recommend it so it is sorta like what shod I do.
