Warning for username changes resulting in a new discriminator

Currently, if you don't have Nitro and you change your username to something that someone else with the same discriminator has, your discriminator will change. I think users should be warned before changing their usernames and having their discriminators changed, as some of us have had the same discriminator for a long time, and don't want to have a different one. This means that a popup would appear before your username change is confirmed, to alert users that changing their username will also result in a discriminator change.
