Role Mention Permissions

servers all the time have a role section so members can see what roles are in the server. Thing is, you cant show what color the role is without making it mentionable. making a certain role mentionable allows **everyone** to mention it no matter what which can be an issue. My suggestion is either A) give the mentionable extra perms (or something) so you can list what other roles can and cant mention it. or B) Make an extra little switch that dosnt actually let anyone mention it, but @ the role for the color.

You can already tag a role by using <@&ROLEID>. Keep in mind it won't actually tag and it's just the look only.
However, I could see this being useful in many occasions such as making a list of roles on your server and when you edit, it won't clear the look.
