Adding security for twitch based servers

i've been in a discord server for a while that is based around a twitch channel, and recently there have been bot accounts(or random users, i'm not 100% sure) that have been coming in and posting things that are either 

A: NSFW     or

B: server links(completely unsolicited)

my solution is to have twitch related servers allow an extra security level that only allows accounts with a connected twitch and are following the channel to join/post a message(somewhat similar to the subscriber integration, except no role involved, just the typical security, like the verified email, phone number and whatnot. it would make things much easier for twitch streamers to prevent bot accounts from joining and posting things that aren't wanted, instead of being forced to either set up a bot filter(that might not always work, and need to be updated for new things) or ban accounts constantly

  Every discord server works the same with the same features. Changing the functionality of 1 specific server dosen't make much sense, you can just increase the security that you already have instead of some special feature.
