Call Icon to show current # of calls ongoing in server

Problem: Being part of multiple discord calls that you want to participate in, but don't get notifications of calls that start in other servers.

Solution:

EDIT: This is just a concept, obviously, for one potential resolution to this problem. But mostly, I just want some way to know that a call was started in some smaller discord servers that I'm in.

Some settings that would improve user customization:

In each Channel Settings and server-wide settings:

Enable Call Icon in server list - Y/N

In Channel specific settings:

Enable Call Icon for specific roles (Checkbox list of roles)

This would enable certain channels to be excluded from the call icon counter to certain members, such as moderator-only chat to non-moderators or an AFK call.

EDIT: If people don't want this, this could by default be off on servers, then only servers that would benefit from this could turn it on.
