Pin user permanently on my member list, independent from his discord status.

My server have more than 1000+ users, so the offline memberlist is missing and many of my team members too. But that make communictation with team complicated.

I would like a feature I can right click on a user and pin it on my memberlist, so I have always easy access to this user, independent from his discord status. I don't need a complete list of offline users on the server, but I need fast and easy possibility to contact my team or important users.

    i have the same problem with my mods i cant see them and telling them like @mods is not how i want to talk to them
