Channels Organized by Usage

I find it annoying how my most used channel is usually at the bottom of a server. So, by organizing by usage (togglable per server) would put the most used catagories first with most used channels/VCs first ;}

  you can already order the channels however you want within your server by dragging it to a different location on the list
