Server vs Instant Invite

Expand invite settings by having a separate option for server-wide invites, as opposed to channel-specific instant invites. This would ideally also contain the same options as instant invites - showing who made them, the parameters, and tuning restrictions according to role.

  I’d also like to be able to configure invite restrictions by role. Specially I’d like to be able to disallow non expiring invites by role
