Ability to choose default Clyde profile picture

We all know the default Clyde profile picture when someone signs up, but it would be cool if you had the option to choose it.

  The default avatar is based by the discriminator the user has, and it's calculated through a special formula

  I think it would be cool if individual servers could choose the default pfp
