Zwei-Faktor-Authentifizierung entfernen und neu einrichten

Mein Problem ist das ich den 6-stelligen Code nicht mehr habe und ich an die 2 Faktor App auf meinem alten Handy nicht mehr rankomme. Ich würde die 2FA gerne entfernen/deaktivieren und/oder neu aufsetzen auf dem neuen Handy. Was habe ich da für Möglichkeiten?
