Server recovery or deletion after lost or disabled administrator-account

Can i suggest, that when you can disable an account permanently, so that no-one can use it, that it gets deleted as it can't be used and never will be. No point in it still being there after that.  And the same for servers with eg. only one administrator.

  Email the owner and allow them to choose who to transfer their servers two upon account disable/deletion

  Umm I need my password to my old account back and so I can also get the ownership of the server back from a guy named radspeed113.

  How can I get the ownership if the admin account was disabled @discord I hope a solution to this.
