Server Voice Notifications

A notification to let you know that there is voice activity in a server which you are NOT connected to. For instance: I look for players voice chatting in my discord to see how active they are. I’d like to have some indication that lets me know, “Hey, there’s people chatting in ‘Dungeon Channel” without having to scroll through the channels. Like the Server icon itself could be pulsating or flashing; just to let me know there’s people talking there. This could be useful for streamers too.

    I like the idea of notifications for active voice channels in-server, but there's a lot of servers that have multiple voice channels, and on top of that role-locked voice channels. If this were implemented, being able to check a box in the notification settings of a server for which voice channels you want notifications to would be useful.
