Start from Top: An option for a text channel to start from the top of the page. #Intro/Welcome
Most servers have some type of an #Intro page that talks about community rules. Usually these pages are relatively short and it would be great if there was an option to start the scroll from on top instead of from the bottom.

This would be super helpful. I would like to keep all my info, rules, role selection, and other things in one channel, but I can't if when a new user joins they have to scroll up to find the welcome message
