Search Within Permissions

An ability to search within the Role Permissions tab of Server Settings, on a per-role or per-permission basis - for example, searching "manage" within the ``everyone`` role or searching for which roles have "Send Messages" enabled, with the ability to both toggle permissions within the search results and click a result to jump to the selected role & role permission. Ideally, the roles shown within the search results would have their text colour match their corresponding role colour, or have some sort of corresponding coloured banner.
