Voice Chat Limit Disregarding

There should be a permission that you can give roles that allows them to join voice chats regardless of the restriction of people. Example, if there's a limit in the voice chat of eight people max, and there's already eight people, anyone with the role with the permission to join voice chats no matter how many people are in there can join.

Example: a voice chat has a limit of ten people, and ten people are in there. A moderator can join however, because they have the perms to join regardless of the voice chat restriction.
