More specific DM settings

I have DMs off mostly, but there are some servers where its like "I want DMs off except for a few roles" If we could have that setting be a bit more dynamic, I think it would be very helpful

    More granular control is something I would seriously love to be able to use - I don't always trust all server members but don't want to lock out everyone
