More Server Banners Options

I don't have any verified servers, but I think it will be cool for some users who are verified.

1. Hide the server name. If they place a banner, they should have the choice to hide the server name or not. The person will most likely hide the server name only if their banner has the name.

2. Hide server banners. There should be an option to hide server banners and only say the server name which technically sort of overpowers the first suggestion above this thing, but if they hide the server banner it should just say the server name or if they allow server banners, it goes with the options from the default server banners settings.

  Server banners are coming out for normal servers soon from what I have been seeing
