Group ranks into categories

Basically you make it so you can make a group and inside of that group you can create ranks. 

So it's like 

Chess Club:
Leader
Admins
Members

Book Club:
Book Reader
Book Finders
Listeners

This way it's not just a straight list, 

It's a way to make things more neat.

    I like the idea, and have thought of the potential if Discord allowed for a full hierarchy chart system instead of just a straight line. Would certainly be nice
