block dm's to admin from new members

it would be great to have an option where someone new to the discord server cant dm anyone unless they have either posted a few times or have been a member for a few days or hours etc as i think this will cut down on spam

    Set up phone verification, that will deter the amount of spam accounts that DM people.

    this would have to be done for all users not just admins, phone verification is NOT an option
