Restrictions for delete an channel

Hello. Frist my english is long from good.
I'm for sure not using the right words, but i will still try.

So my idea is bacis, when you give out a role for users to make new channels or rename/change them.
You also give them rights to delete channels, why not (remake) or change it a bit.

So when a 'management role' can add a channel and/or rename it.
It can't not delete it, you will need to mark that in settings as well for that role.

(now) You can have another role instead that is a bit more trusted with deleting.
This could apply to many of the deleting part in role/management.
Like to test out people for a time, before give them all rights.

e.g: I'm on a server there player is trusted with rename a channel.
So when the are playing a game, the just change the name of that game.
Instead of 10-15 channel with pre-made names of games.
When pleyer's leave we have a bot to change back the name to a default one.
But from time to time, we get trollers or others who can delete this channels.
If we could remove the deleting part of that permission in the management.
We won't have that isus any more..

Also could others give out roles more safe to friends etc.
But not be that afraid of have an empty server later on.
