Improved nicknames

I would be nice to allow servers to set a users nickname, even if the chosen nickname is the same as their discord name.

Why?

For our server, we synchronize our players' name on Discord, with their in-game name.
When verifying themselves, their nickname is updated.
If our bot tries to nickname a user, with the same name as the users' current name, nothing will change.
If the user then later change their discord name, their ingame nickname also changes.
Discord already have an option to reset nicknames, which should be used if nicknames should be removed
