Twitch Follower Role Assignment

Currently the Twitch integration in discord allows you to assign a role on your server for your subscribers. I would like to see a role assignment for Followers as well. 

I would like to be able to specify a role and a channel (my channel to be specific) and if a user is a Follower on Twitch -and- has integrated their Twitch account, they would be granted the role automagically. If they unfollowed at some point the bot would notice (maybe every few days like subs) and remove the role.

While I'm particularly interested in Twitch, similar options for the other "Connections"/"Integrations" would be awesome!

    LEGENDARY KING, I used Muxy to output the Follower Names into a Discord text channel only I can see. Then manually added the role. I'm sure someone could make a bot to automate giving the role if the name matches a linked account with the same name.

    lonedestroyer Actually no.. As far as i know to for a bot to get access to the "Connections" part of a user you need to get them to authorize the access so it'll be manual work for every user who wants role to actually go to a link and actually authorize

    We need this for security.
    Most trolls and people with bad intentions do not want to follower, so 50% of trolls will come off discord.

    An option that requires you to have a discord - twitch connection would be nice, otherwise you cannot use the server in question where this is set.

    This would facilitate moderation Twitch ban = Discord ban from the machine.
    It is all related to followers.

    Do it, please, we've been waiting for 3 years.

    TS3 is coming out soon and this option has been there for several years.
    The new version of ts3 is similar to discord. You will lose a lot of people by not having this option.

    twitch has already confirmed this has to be done through your end of services.

    Guilded do this without any problem. Same for subscribtion.. so.. just switch to Guilded and have this features for free

    any update, this has been three years of people asking officially for this feature

    its also been 12 months  since twitch officially said that this was something only discord could enable

    (im also asking for youtube subscriber role sync to servers as well)


    Seeing that you are now offering memberships in servers, it would be nice if people in my community could actually find our servers...
