Make the innactive emails periodic instead of one time

Not only would this make it so that more people come back to discord but it would also let friends keep in touch if need be. Making it periodic will increase the chance of the person coming back as otherwise after a month or so the message and any subsequent messages from discord will be deleted if in spam or drowned out by other emails. Having a periodic "hey come back" like mobile games may be slightly more annoying to those who have left for good but that can be worked around with a disable periodic email link. This would in general help with dying accounts and bring back some of the lost community, and overall be beneficial in longevity of discord as it won't affect those still using discord.
