Server Joining Preferences

I enjoy finding and joining new community servers however I find myself wanting to mute most of if not the entire server. It would be neat to be able to have preferences set when joining servers:

1. mute entire server on joining
   -no notification numbers or anything show up
2. mute all server channels except the "general"
3. auto-announce yourself with a preset message in "general"

plus anything else the Discord team can come up with
