Server is auto-kicking users

I made a server and it's auto-kicking people randomly. It kicked my friend 4 times before it stopped kicking him. They get in the server but are kicked right away. No one is kicking them from the server, and the bots are not allowed to kick, so I suppose it's some error, but I have no idea on how to fix this.
