Being able to move person's in and out of voice channels on mobile and fixing iOS removal from channels due to roles

When a person is on a mobile device there has been a problem work person's getting removed from a voice channel after being dragged into it by another user. This becomes anoying for mobile users because they have to repeat the process of joining a voice channel to be moved back into the correct ones that they don't have the roles to without being moved. Also on mobile devices person's cannot move other person's in and out of voice channels this becomes hard because you have to adapt and move channels that both person's can join.
