Ability to exclude a PC from accountwide settings

Hi there!

I think the ability to exclude a PC from accountwide settings would be pretty useful.

I and a few others I know have Discord on our work PCs and it'd be good if we can hit a tickbox to have the settings apply only to that PC so I can hide images, emoji reacts etc to keep the chat more "clean" and professional looking but not have it change for every discord install.
