Allowing a role to set a specific role for other members

There’s an option for allowing a role to set any role to other members. But what if you want to have a specific role (ie. alpha Sargent) set only one role, like alpha let’s say. I don’t want the Sargent to be able to set people to bravo. Only alpha. This would allow mods to allow people specific access without giving them too much power
