Dragging a server closer to the top/bottom of your serverlist should make the list automatically scroll for ease of movement

It already does this, but I pretty much have to hang the server half on my taskbar for it to work, It'd be great if it space could be increased to the width of 2-3 servers either side of the top and bottom
