Sync Icon

I have a category for officer archives where we put old recruitment channels. My officers are supposed to click "sync permissions" when they move a channel here, so that the permissions get set to only be viewable by officers and not members.

However, sometimes they forget. Or they are on mobile (which doesn't have sync permissions option) when they move the channel.

I think it would be a good UI improvement to have a little icon on the channel icon to indicate whether the channel permissions are synced to the category or not.

This way we can easily see if there are any channels that have anomalous permissions.

Maybe in addition to # and #-with-padlock there is a #-with-folder icon which means that that channel is currently synced to the category permissions.
