Option to block completely guild features to unverified accounts.

I would like to see an option that blocks all the features of a guild for an unverified account.

For example, channels and users would be available for a verified account and blocked for an unverified account.

This would disallow the client to see members and channels , and it would do the same in the API.
The client would see a message that tells him to verify their account and it could be nice to have a way to contact admins of the server in case of a problem.

This could avoid the problematic of DM ads bots that are spamming users.
