Disable function

Not long ago, we added a feature such as "Disable participant" - this feature disables the participant from the chat voice force. But there is a problem, that for it not added separate settings, and have combined with function "Move stakeholder" and this very not conveniently in terms of moderation.

  There is a function to "disable the participant" (screenshot), there are no settings in it.
