Somebody registered with my email address, maybe with an app.

They are STUPID and don't realize that a dot in a gmail email address is ignored.

I believe you let them use it in the app, assuming he will confirm.

I own the email address and will not confirm, but you don't give me a button saying: "NO I DON'T WANT DISCORD"

  You should be allowed to force them to change their account email but not delete the account and allow unconfirmed use
